2. Hosting

This website is hosted on Vercel. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection and log data may be processed, including IP address, time of the request, requested resource and technical information about the browser and device. The processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Contact form and email enquiries

If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide, in particular your enquiry type, name, email address, company and message, solely to handle your enquiry and related communication. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to pre-contractual or contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact-form messages are transmitted via the email delivery service Resend and delivered to our business mailbox hosted by IONOS. Data is deleted when it is no longer required for handling the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Analytics

We currently do not use marketing analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

5. Service providers and international transfers

Technical service providers may process personal data on our behalf in connection with hosting and email delivery. Where data is processed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, this is done only in accordance with the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

6. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
